The ideal candidate will be an eager individual who has an above average attention to detail. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) has to be reliable, organized, a self starter, and must be able to talk to all kinds of people!
Job Description
Most of a CSR’s time is spent doing data entry, making computer proficiency a must have. As well as working on a computer, you will be the face and voice of our company. The CSR is responsible for all outgoing calls from our main office, doing both quality assurance calls, as well as dispatching our technicians.
Responsibilities:
Data Entry.
Outbound Phone Calls.
Administrative Support. (Organizing, filing, etc.)
