Beautiful House Near Downtown to Share with two Female Roomates

Hi, we (two female Memorial students) are renting a beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom house on Craigmillar avenue and are looking to rent out the third bedroom. Rent is $400 plus 1/3 of the utilities. The house will be fully furnished except for your bedroom. Right near a bus stop and within walking distance of water street. The bedroom is a medium sized one with a fairly big closet. Must be pet friendly as we have two well behaved dogs. The pictures are from before we furnished the house.
