Massage Experts has developed a fresh, modern, gender neutral concept which encourages return visits through its membership program. Our business model is easy to operate and provides you with steady income with low start-up costs and minimal expenses.

How does the system work?
We offer clients an introductory rate of $39 to try us out. Our simplistic approach allows clients to book online via our website or Facebook page. Clients can view appointments online and chose a therapist based on their specialty and qualifications. The booking process is easy and simple and can even be done from a smartphone. Many appointments are booked same day!
The clinics are very gender neutral which is important in developing a male clientele who may not be comfortable with a spa-like environment.

After experiencing Massage Experts for the first time, clients are encouraged to sign-up for our monthly membership program. Clients enter into a contractual agreement for one year. They commit to one massage per month at a rate of $59. There is no membership fee.

Each month, the client is sent an email reminder to book their appointment. Their credit card is automatically charged. If they miss one month, the $59 can be credited to a second treatment during the following month.

You think $59 is a great deal? Most people don’t know that their Health Benefits Plan will most likely cover 80% of their treatment. In some cases, some plans cover 100%. By educating your clients that their monthly treatment could cost them as little as $12, you are certain to build a loyal clientele very quickly!

Q: What is the initial franchise fee?
A: NO FRANCHISE FEES! Our $30,000 Franchise Fee is waived for all Franchise Agreements signed before December 23, 2013.

Q: How much are the on-going royalties and advertising fees?
A: The monthly royalty is 5% of Gross Sales and the Advertising Fee is 2% of Gross Sales.

Q: How much is the investment?
A: A turn-key package is $175,000 to $200,000 depending on site selection. This includes all equipment, signage, and leasehold improvements. Included in this fee are: your business plan, site selection, design and development, plans, permits, general contractor fee, training and opening assistance as well as operational systems. We handle every aspect of your project and provide you with a turn-key business. This gives you peace of mind while setting you up for success. You are required to have a minimum $20,000 unencumbered cash to qualify to become a franchisee.

Q: Is financing available?
A: The Canada Small Business Financing Program is available to all Canadians with financing up to 90%. We will prepare a business plan to be presented to your bank or our preferred lender. Most business financing doesn’t cover franchise fees. Since we do not charge a franchise fee, this allows you to start your business with less initial capital. We will guide you every step of the way.

Q: Do I need experience?
A: Our business model has been developed to provide you with a system that is very easy to operate. Experience is not necessary. Our training program will prepare you for the opening of your clinic.
