Personal Training Studio Available to Rent

The Space:

A prime South End Halifax location suitable for personal trainers, massage therapists, pilates instructors.

1,200 Ft sq studio space is very well appointed and well equipped with modern, functional strength gear/tools and top-of-class fitness assessment tools. The fitness assessment tools may be available for PTs educated in advanced fitness assessment and prescriptive exercise.

The Situation:

37+ Studio hours are currently available each week:
Monday after 4:45 PM
Tuesday after 6 PM
Wednesday before 12 noon
Thursday after 6 PM
Friday after 2 PM
Sat or Sun all day (tenant to choose)

The Requirements:

Personal Training Certifications - whichever?
Insurance - 5 million per occurrence, for both clients and the property
Oh yeah, you should have some clients too.
