Since the time when a state-of-the-art home computer came with 8 KB of memory and cassette tape instead of a hard disk, I've been helping people to get the most from their computers and software. I can help you with your Windows PC or networking problems either on-site, in the Lower Mainland area of Vancouver, or remotely to any location with high speed Internet access.
I can reset a forgotten or lost password. I may even be able to help you solve problems that you don't even know you have, or train you on how to be more efficient in your use of your computer.

I work from a home office so I can arrange times that are convenient to you: days, evenings or weekends.

My residential rate is $40/hour for most types of work and I can provide you with a cost estimate. Commercial rates vary depending on the nature of the work and the size of the project. If I am unable to resolve your problem there is no charge.
