The house is a character home that has been fully renovated and it has all you need to make yourself comfortable. The available bedroom is fully furnished and it has its own private bathroom and shower.

The house is in a neighbourhood full of nice little stores including Italian Bakery, European Deli, great produce stores& In just a few blocks you are able to get all what you possibly need from a hair cut to great biscotti for your lattes!

Transportation East/West via the #33 or #41/43 buses connects us well with UBC/Langara as well as the Skytrain and Canada Line. Downtown is only 25 min away. The #20 bus stop is just a block away and connects you North South.

If you enjoy cycling like us, two bike routes await a few blocks away. Going East-West you can take 37th Avenue Bike Route. And Gladstone Bike Route connects you North-South.
