Hello,

I'm looking for a roommate to share a spacious detached home in Brossard. The house is located in a pristine neighborhood with several nearby parcs, less than 3 km from the bridge and 4 Km from Cartier Dix30. There are four bed rooms, Four rest rooms (two with showers), two furnished living rooms, dish washer, front loaded washer and dryer, central AC and central vacuum, gardening and snow removal. What's included in the rent price:

-Your own large bedroom with bathroom on split level
-Living room
-Parking in snow cleared driveway
-Access to all communal areas; kitchen, laundry room, furnished terasse with BBQ, large well kept back yard, garage.
-All utilities including hydro, water, heating, high speed internet, cable TV.

Rent to be paid on the first of every month or as soon as humanly possible there after. I'm 35 years old and am currently working in the gaming industry. I'm a non-smoker and respectful person, I don't tend to crank up the stereo or home theater system too loud unless I'm alone, I'm therefore looking for a similarly peaceful roommate. ;)

PS: I am fluent in French just terrible at writing it...
