-They have a shared bathroom and utilities/ internet/ tv access included

-Bedrooms have new carpet and upper floor has new laminate

-Shared kitchen, living room, dining room space for all. Use of washer/dryer, bbq, backyard fire pit, etc. House is furnished except for rooms being rented. There is street parking or a bus route that is about a block away that leads to c-train access. Safeway or Co-op is close.
