Who wouldn't want to live with people as awesome us

3 twenty somethings are looking for a like minded individual to share in our living space. We currently reside in a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse. These are brand new townhouses with in suite washer and dryer, dishwasher, garage, and hardwood (well, probably laminate) flooring downstairs. Rent would be $350 + Internet and Hydro (divided by 4. We won't make you pay the hydro and Internet by yourself. We're not THOSE kind of roommates). We have all the furniture and dishes. All you'll need to bring is your bedroom/bathroom stuff and your fine self.


The townhouses are located in a fairly quiet area and our neighbours are awesome. Don't worry, you'll meet them. You'll be sharing a bathroom with one person (not generally at the same time) but you'll have your room all to yourself. The garage is a bit of an iffy factor since we already have two vehicles that we don't park in it but there is parking on the street and around the townhouse complexes.


There are a few requirements;

You must not mind copious amounts of video gaming.

The occasional social drink must not be frowned upon.

We hope you don't mind animals.

We'd prefer a tidy person, or at least someone who is really good at hiding messes. And smells for that matter.

And lastly, it would probably be best if you have a sense of humor.
