Master suite in spacious condo for fun and social roommate

The room available is the master bedroom with an on-suite bathroom. Its specious, fits a queen size bed and has it's own balcony.

The condo is at 25 Capreol Court in Cityplace, a young professional community at Front and Spadina. Right downtown, close to all the downtown hot spots. Streetcars and subway close by. Building has amenities: gym, rooftop pool, sauna, yoga studio, party room, patio, and free yoga/ pilates classes.

The unit is large with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished (exactly as in the photos). The bedroom is unfurnished, although I have a side table and shelf you can use if you like.

I work in fashion, as well as have 9 to 5 in commercial real estate. Most weekdays I am at work and then go out in the evening to meet friends or to fashion events, so the house is petty quiet. On weekends I like to go out and sometimes have people over for pre drinks. I am very outgoing and social and would love to live with someone fun that can be a friend as well as a roommate.

I am fine with either a male or female roommate as long as they meet the above criteria.
