Myself and my best friend are looking for 1 or 2 people to rent out a room in a 4 bedroom house for April 1st.
The bedroom in the picture is the room in the basement that has its own fridge.
I'm renting my sister's house while she is away for work for a few years. They house is absolutely stunning. 4 bedrooms fully furnished all new appliances, whirlpool tub, with a big deck (what would be better than a BBQ on those nice summer days!) and a big fensed in back yard.
It's located on heather street in spryfield which is near the library.

My roommate and I are extremely easy going and easy to get along with and always up to having a good time. We aren't much for partying but a social drink or two is always fun.

500.00 everything included. 6months to a year lease to be signed.
Bus route number 14 stops at the end of the road.
The house is dog and cat friendly. I have a gorgeous long haired cat and will have a dog with me as well.
So animal lovers are needed!
