looking for 1 responsible individual as a roommate.

Utilities, internet, phone & cable TV included.

House is located in the new community of Evanston in NW Calgary & is approx 2200 sq. ft. (2 levels) & has all appliances.

Bedroom size is 10'4" x 12'8" with closet.

3 piece bathroom. (Shared with existing roommate)

Undeveloped basement which can be used as storage.

House is security monitored through ADT Security.

Me & my existing roommate are non-smokers. Smoking is not permitted in the house.

I have no problems with pets, but would need to discuss in detail.
