We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager/Co-Manager to join us in our New Sudbury Centre location. Our managers are responsible to lead our store teams to achieve store performance results and provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

We’re looking for confident, career-oriented sales leaders with:

· Passion for fashion and the Danier brand
· High standards of customer service
· Excellent English communication skills
· Demonstrated success in retail store management
· Proven ability to build a strong team to achieve business results

You will be responsible for:

· Store sales performance
· Achievement of key performance metrics (KPI’s)
· Staff recruitment, development and retention
· Creating an exceptional customer shopping experience
